Making a Purchase
Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. View the products you are interested in and add them to your basket, proceed to checkout, where you can choose to open an account or just continue straight to payment.

All orders are subject to availability of stock. Unfortunately, if your item is out of stock and discontinued then we may have to cancel your order.

The order is finalized when the item is ready to be dispatched, your account will not be charged until then.

We accept all major credit cards, with the exception of American Express. You may make payments over the phone if you preferred.

Delivery
If your item is in stock it should be with you within 2 – 3 working days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we shall back order it for you and you shall be informed by telephone of this. You will not be charged for back orders until they are dispatched and postage on backorders will be free.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your product we will happily exchange or refund it for you. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with an original receipt.
